The INDIGOMED healthcare providers certification process is a core quality marker that gives INDIGOMED members confidence they are getting access to high quality health care, and that the doctors who treat them are competent in their fields.

It is important that facilities that provide surgical and medical services to INDIGOMED members are clear about what they can expect from INDIGOMED and what our members can expect from them. This gives our members certainty that INDIGOMED-recognized facilities agree to specific and consistent quality requirements and operational standards.

To achieve this certainty, and to enable your facility to join our network and treat INDIGOMED members in the future, you are required to complete a Healthcare Services Agreement with INDIGOMED that will:

  • confirm the facilities and services recognized by INDIGOMED;

  • set out the contractual terms to which both parties will adhere for accessing the INDIGOMED platform and operating for INDIGOMED members’ needs and requests;

  • outline the prices you agree to charge for the services provided.
